Minimise nuisance to neighbouring users during construction
- regular communication with neighbours, including adjacent traders and businesses, regarding programming and site activities (2)
- site registered under the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) or another equivalent local scheme by the contractor (1 - credit M4, 3 - website www.considerateconstructorsscheme.org.uk )
- site workers respect sensitivities of the local area e.g. parking & access routes, waste collection, cleanliness of site etc. (2 - section 3)
