Specify effective energy metering
- metering and sub-metering strategy in accordance with Building Regulations 2006 requirements (2 - section 6.3, 5, 3, 4)
- electricity check meters to allow independent metering of all tenants (1)
- submetering for energy intensive central plant and equipment (e.g. using energy worth >£5000/year) (1)
